September 5, 1926 - September 23, 2012

Claude Tussing, age 86, of Fairview, Tn., and formerly of Tunnel Hill, passed away Sunday, September 23, 2012 in Huntsville, Tn.

Mr. Tussing was preceded in death by his wife Ruth Tussing; parents, Claude and Effie Tussing; sister, Audrey Hartman; and a brother, Robert Tussing.

Survivors include two sons and daughter-in-law, Dale Tussing of Downers Grove, Il., and William and Brenda Tussing of Ringgold; a brother, Richard Tussing of Missouri; 3 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; nieces, nephews, family, and special friends also survive.

A funeral service to celebrate the life of Mr. Tussing will be held Wednesday, September 26, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at the Westside Chapel of Julian Peeples Funeral Home with Jesse Tussing and Rev. Jimmy Hutto officiating.

Burial will be in United Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends at the Westside Chapel of Julian Peeples Funeral Home on Tuesday, September 25, 2012 from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m.
